Jackson Pineda Obituary NEW YORK, NY — Jackson Rafael Pineda, a beloved son, brother, and friend, died peacefully on February 24, 2026 at his residence in New York City. He was 33 years old.

Pineda was born on May 14, 1992 and grew up in the diverse neighborhoods of Queens, where he became known for his warm spirit, generosity, and unwavering dedication to family and community. He graduated from Francis Lewis High School and went on to pursue a career in community outreach and youth mentorship, a role that allowed him to support young people across the city with compassion and purpose.

A passionate advocate for local arts and culture, Jackson helped organize neighborhood events, workshops, and music programs that provided creative spaces for disadvantaged youth. Those who knew him described his laughter as infectious and his ability to connect with people of all ages as one of his greatest gifts.

“Jackson always made time for others,” said longtime friend Maria Delgado. “Whether cheering up a neighbor or volunteering at a community center, he gave from the heart and never asked for anything in return.”
